What is your return policy?
Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your purchase in the event of any defects or issues, our friendly staff will advise accordingly.

Do you offer gift cards? Where can I find my egift card code?
Yes, we offer eGift Cards on our website. It will be sent to yours/ your recipient’s inbox after your purchase, increasing the convenience of gift-giving.

What are the payment options?
We accept bank transfer to OCBC 595025040001 and Paynow to UEN T22LL0759D. Please screenshot the transfer receipt and whatsapp us at 84220471.

When can I receive my purchases?
Order will be mailed out within the week except for pre-orders. We offer multiple shipping options; singpost (3-5 working days), third party couriers (1-3 working days), and seller’s own fleet (same day or 1-2 working days).

Why am I unable to select 3rd party couriers or normal mail for my terrarium order?
All terrariums will have to be self collected or delivered. Terrariums are fragile and we are unable to ship out via normal mail or 3rd party couriers due to its weight and bulkiness. Please note that at the moment, our terrariums are available for local (Singapore) purchases only, thank you.

Can I customize or pre order any items?
Yes, you are able to customise individual terrariums or bulk orders of Cat Grass and Grow Kits. All items can be pre ordered. Kindly WhatsApp us to find out more.
